This agreement regulates the relation between you, the user, and www.personal-labels.es, Spanish VAT ESB99446064, with, as the seller.

www.personal-labels.es sells a range of customized and non customized items for personal and commercial use. All the personalizing data printed in the products will be offered by the user to the seller for this purpose.

All personalized items will be deliver to the user after he confirms he agrees with the final proof, being that agreement definitive in the sale. Once confirming vía email his agreement with the final proof of the personalized item, the user cannot refuse its purchase and must proceed with the full payment of the order.

For all the items without any personalization, the user´s confirmation is not required, and the confirmation of the order in our website www.personal-laberl.es will confirm the agreement for the purchase.

If the delivery adress given by the user has any mistake, not exact or missing data Personal Labels will not be responsible for that delivery and any other circumstances that may arise due to it.

All the prices offered in this website do not include VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other taxes that may apply and will be expressed in euros (€). Prices do not include delivery costs of the order.

All payments made by the user will automatically generate an invoice in the name of the user/customer that, previously, would have offered his data through the website to the seller. The invoice will be sent to the postal address given by the user.

For any information regarding the order, the user can contact the seller by phone to the Customer number (+34) 976 567 414 or via email to pedidos@personal-labels.com. In all cases, the user will have to refer to the order number that he previously had received upon ordering, shown in the comnfirmation email of the purchase.

A term of 7 labour days is set to return any item, starting the date of its reception. The return of personalized items is not accepted in any case.

Any item or product returned shall arrive in its original conditions to the seller for its acceptance.

For any circumstance that may not be effectively contemplated in these terms and conditions, the Spanish law will apply. Both user and seller agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
